WLIW21 is dedicated to broadcasting stories about Long<br />

Island and <strong>the</strong> New York metropolitan area. This month,<br />

WLIW21 features varying documentaries and programs about<br />

homegrown business, New York <strong>City</strong> architecture, and education.<br />

Long Island Business Report (Tues. 5/1 at 10:30pm) looks at <strong>the</strong> economic and business<br />

Tower, Kondylis is widely considered <strong>the</strong> most prolific New York architec in modern histoy.<br />

Fellow architects, architecture critics, and real estate moguls like Donald Trump and Larry<br />

Silverstein tell <strong>the</strong> amazing story of this prolific and legendary designer.<br />

MetroFocus: Education Innovation (Tue. 5/15 at 10:30pm) highlights what is new and<br />

improving in <strong>the</strong> world of education, featuring excerpts from keynote speeches at <strong>WNET</strong>’s<br />

Celebration of Teaching & Learning by internet educator Sal Khan, Harvard professor Michael<br />
