<strong>Commerzbank</strong> <strong>Corporates</strong> & <strong>Markets</strong> <strong>hires</strong> <strong>Andreas</strong> <strong>Kern</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>its</strong><br />
Leveraged Finance Division in London<br />
<strong>Commerzbank</strong> <strong>Corporates</strong> & <strong>Markets</strong> (CBCM) <strong>to</strong>day announced that it has hired <strong>Andreas</strong> <strong>Kern</strong> as<br />
Senior Transaction Team Leader in <strong>its</strong> Leveraged Finance Division.<br />
<strong>Kern</strong> joins from HVB where he spent eight years in the Acquisition and Leveraged Finance Group,<br />
more latterly as a Direc<strong>to</strong>r based in Munich. He has focussed on a number of financial sponsor<br />
clients on a pan-European basis, whilst also covering the German and Nordic market. <strong>Kern</strong> is a<br />
graduate of the University of Regensburg and holds an MBA from Murray State University, USA.<br />
In his new role, <strong>Kern</strong> will have responsibility for the coverage of i.a. London based financial<br />
sponsors focussing on Germany, and the Nordic region. He joins two other Senior Transaction<br />
Team Leaders in London; Lucy Gray and Marianela Gutierrez-Portillo.<br />
