<strong>Commerzbank</strong> Corporates & Markets (CBCM) <strong>hires</strong> <strong>Head</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Equity</strong> Capital<br />
Markets, <strong>Ute</strong> <strong>Gerbaulet</strong><br />
<strong>Commerzbank</strong> Corporates & Markets (CBCM) has today announced that it has hired <strong>Ute</strong> <strong>Gerbaulet</strong> as<br />
<strong>Head</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Equity</strong> Capital Markets. <strong>Ute</strong> will be responsible for ECM Origination, <strong>Equity</strong> Syndicate and<br />
Technical Advisory for ECM.<br />
<strong>Ute</strong> joins CBCM from WestLB AG in Düsseldorf as an experienced <strong>Equity</strong> Capital Markets<br />
pr<strong>of</strong>essional where she was Managing Director and Co-<strong>Head</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Equity</strong> Capital Markets. <strong>Ute</strong> joined<br />
WestLB in 1993 and has focused on <strong>Equity</strong> Capital Markets over the last 10 years. During this time,<br />
<strong>Ute</strong> has gained a high competence <strong>of</strong> the whole <strong>Equity</strong> Capital Markets product range. <strong>Ute</strong>’s<br />
experience demonstrates a substantial track record with lead roles, from origination to structuring<br />
and execution in this field.<br />
