<strong>Commerzbank</strong> Corporates & Markets appoints <strong>Sean</strong> <strong>Costello</strong> as the<br />
<strong>Head</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Leveraged</strong> Loan Distribution<br />
<strong>Commerzbank</strong> Corporates & Markets (CBCM) today announced the appointment <strong>of</strong> <strong>Sean</strong> <strong>Costello</strong> as<br />
<strong>Head</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Leveraged</strong> Loan Distribution. He succeeds Tom Mulligan, who has recently decided to leave the<br />
Bank.<br />
<strong>Costello</strong> joined CBCM’s <strong>Leveraged</strong> Loan Distribution Team in August 2005 from HBOS where he was a<br />
Director in the Loan Distribution Group. He has more than ten years experience in origination, execution<br />
and distribution within the leveraged business. Prior to HBOS, <strong>Costello</strong> was with NIB Captial Bank N.V.<br />
for six years in both the <strong>Leveraged</strong> Finance and latterly Loan Distribution Groups.<br />
Chris Day, CBCM's <strong>Head</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Leveraged</strong> Finance, said: "The <strong>Leveraged</strong> Finance market has continued to<br />
grow at high levels over the past year and we were able to increase our market positioning within<br />
Germany and across Europe. With <strong>Sean</strong> heading up the <strong>Leveraged</strong> Loan Distribution team we are well<br />
positioned to support the further growth <strong>of</strong> CBCM’s <strong>Leveraged</strong> Finance franchise".<br />
As a result <strong>of</strong> the positive deal pipeline CBCM plans furthermore to strengthen its <strong>Leveraged</strong> Loan<br />
Distribution team with the addition <strong>of</strong> two seasoned market pr<strong>of</strong>essionals in the near future.<br />
