Every KIVA product comes with our guarantee that it will be free from material and manufacturing<br />
defects for the life of the product. If such a defect should appear, we will repair or replace the<br />
product (at our option) free of charge. Please call our Customer Service Department for prior<br />
authorization (1-800-645-8818). This guarantee does not cover damage caused by an airline or<br />
other common carrier. If such damage occurs in transit, we recommend that the consumer le a<br />
