Mounting 4.3 Explosion Cover Mounting 4.4 Control Panel Mounting 63 9810.0156 – Rev.04 –12/01/2007 Check the operating status of the explosion cover on the rear face of the boiler with your hand by pulling and pushing a few times. Exposion cover regulates the first operation of boiler at first working moment of the burner by expanding towards back. Repeat working control of the explosion cover before running the burner. Mount the electirical control panel in accordance with user manual. Electricshock Danger! Before protective hat and pieces of cover is taken out, all electrical connections on boiler must be disassembled. Works that will be done when electric is on, must be carried on by authorized people after all necessary precuations are supplied. 30 www.baymak.com.tr
63 9810.0156 – Rev.04 –12/01/2007 Mounting Note : In case of usage the immersed thermostate without using control panel, thermostate must be installed onto R ½” nipple. It is unsuitable to mount the thermostate nipple onto collector. This situation may cause dangerous problems. Standard thermostat case is under the outlet flange of the boiler at Yakut Plus – Elmas Plus series. 31
