This call will cover details of the detox and answer any outstanding questions<br />
that you may have in time for you to prepare for the cleanse. Don’t fret if you<br />
are unable to make this call—it will be recorded and emailed to you afterwards.<br />
Wednesday, April 24 th – Signed Waiver Due<br />
Please email your signed waiver to Laura@VibrantHW.com NO LATER than<br />
Wednesday, April 24 th . If you fail to do so, I will not be able to include you in<br />
the group cleanse, and I want you there! The waiver is on the last page of this<br />
document<br />
Saturday, April 27 th – Pre-Detox Start Date<br />
The pre-detox phase will last 4 days. During this time we will begin to remove<br />
the foods on the “avoid” list (will be provided) over these first 4 days. This is<br />
also that time to rid your home of foods that will not benefit your cleanse to<br />
reduce temptation. It is also the time to look over the recipes and prepare for<br />
the week. Many of the soups and salads can be made in advance.<br />
Wednesday, May 1 st – 7-Day Detox Begins<br />
For the detox, you will receive a meal plan, shopping list, and recipe book. You<br />
may feel free to replace any meal or snack for another meal or snack, as well as<br />
add healthy forms of protein to any of the meals. The Detox Guide that you<br />
will receive has great tips on adding protein.<br />
Wednesday, May 8 th – Post-Detox Transition Begins<br />
This is perhaps the most important part of the detox. During this time, you will<br />
begin to introduce certain foods back in to your diet. This is the time to make<br />
decisions about what foods are unnecessary and which you would like to keep<br />
in your diet. It is very important to introduce foods back in slowly (every 1-2<br />
days) and record how you are feeling. You will receive meal plans for 4 days<br />
and tips on transitioning from then on.<br />
