XVIII of RO Hand book shall be followed strictly. (ii) Superintendent Government Press and Collector / District Magistrate of the district, wherein Govt. Press is situated, shall send a report within a week to the CEO certifying that all surplus and waste ballot papers printed have been destroyed in the prescribed manner.
