HASE BIKES introduces: New products for 2013
KETTWIESEL COMFORT
The new model of the HASE BIKES cult trike series rolls, unlike the standard model, on thick
Big Apple rear tires that offer even more comfort on poor road surfaces. The gear system is
just as comfy: an 8-speed Shimano Nexus Premium hub offers the option of changing gears
when stopped and is extremely robust and practically maintenance-free; say goodbye to
shifting difficulties and rattling chains.

Universal Coupling for HASE BIKES’ LEPUS
Starting in 2013, all LEPUS models can be equipped with the practical Universal Coupling.
This is made possible by a new adapter plate that is attached to the rear frame of the trike at
three points and can be used as a mounting site for the Universal Coupling. Therefore, the
LEPUS can now function as a towing trike for other HASE BIKES or standard bike trailers.
Small Children’s Brake Levers for the TRETS and TRIX
As of 2013, HASE BIKES’ two trike models for kids and smaller adults will be equipped with
brake levers for small hands. They are shorter than standard brake levers, and their reach is
pre-adjusted for smaller fingers. This is how we make mobility even safer for small riders.
