Pumps/Motors<br />
<strong>Frymaster</strong> fryers use Viking pumps; Dean units have Haight<br />
pumps. The 4 GPM pump used in <strong>Frymaster</strong> fryers will fit in<br />
most units. The same can be said for Dean pumps, although<br />
4GPM, 5GPM, and an 8 GPM pump are available.<br />
What to Watch <strong>For</strong>:<br />
• Pumps are easily clogged. Don’t replace a pump/motor<br />
assembly without cleaning the pump.<br />
How to Order:<br />
• <strong>Frymaster</strong> doesn’t sell pump/motor assemblies,<br />
essentially to deter needless replacement of both components. Pumps and motors<br />
are listed separately, each with a gasket.<br />
