The Pro Electric fryer, which introduced a new filter pan<br />

and a large drain manifold among other design changes,<br />

was followed by the RE, which introduced a unique<br />

rotating element. The units share many common electrical<br />

components.<br />

RE — Recessed rotating element mounting mechanism,<br />

repositioned and redesigned contactor boxes<br />
