Decathlon<br />
The Decathlons are large tube fryers often used for bone-in<br />
chicken. Flame passes through tubes in the frypot, which<br />
transfer heat to the oil. Decathlon is indicated in the model<br />
name with a D: D50’s, D60’s and D65’s are all models of the<br />
Decathlon family.<br />
