Within <strong>the</strong> limits of this investigation, <strong>the</strong><br />

following conclusions can be drawn.<br />

1. The results of <strong>the</strong> last four tests on plates<br />

indicated that, under controlled conditions, <strong>the</strong><br />

effect of <strong>the</strong> welding variables could be minimized<br />

will be from 0.111 to 0.138 in., with an average<br />
