DOS QuickCD Control Panel Using the Keyboard DOS QuickCD has the same controls found on most CD players as well as some additional features. The following list describes the controls: Eject Ejects/closes the tray. Play Starts playing the track shown in the Track box. Stop Stops playing the track. Pause/resume Pauses or resumes playing the track. Next track Selects the next track and plays it. At the end of the CD, the first track is played. Previous track Selects the previous track and plays it. At the start of the CD, the first track is played. Fast forward Forwards the track by 16 seconds. If the end of the last track is encountered, this function is ignored. Rewind At the start of the first track, this function is ignored. Next drive Changes to the next CD-ROM drive. If there is only one drive, this function is ignored. Drive Displays the current drive. Mode Displays the current operation. Total time Displays the total time to play all the tracks on the CD. Volume control Controls the volume of the CD audio. To increase or decrease the volume, use the up or down arrow keys. Track Displays the current track and the time duration. Use the TAB key to move from one control to the next. To activate a control, press the TAB key until the control is highlighted; press the ENTER key to activate the control. QuickCD 3-7
