membership <strong>of</strong> WIPS (Women in Public Sector) at Corporations expense. Creche facility is provided for<br />
women with infant children in Corporate Office. Suitable mechanism for prohibition <strong>of</strong> harassment <strong>of</strong><br />
women employees at work place. Special committees have also been set up to look into the grievances/<br />
complaints <strong>of</strong> harassment <strong>of</strong> women employees.<br />
PGCIL<br />
At present there are 359 no. <strong>of</strong> Wonen Employees working at different levels in the corporation out <strong>of</strong> a<br />
total <strong>of</strong> 6828 employees. Details are given below :<br />

PFC<br />
In PFC, women employees represent 18% <strong>of</strong> total employees strength. They are positioned in almost all<br />
functions, departments across the level from a Stenographer to a Senior Executive level. Some <strong>of</strong> the<br />
women employees have dual qualification <strong>of</strong> engineering as well as management. In specialized field we<br />
have law graduates, chartered/cost accountants. They are provided with all special facilities as per<br />
Government guidelines and due attention is given to their training and development. It is ensured that all<br />
women are safe at work. Group wise, break-up <strong>of</strong> women employees are as below:-<br />
