ExCEEDED THIS LIMIT, FROM ENROLLING IN ADDITIONAL BASIC SKILLS COURSES. HOWEVER A STUDENT, WHO HAS REACHED THIS LIMIT BUT ENROLLS IN A<br />

CREDIT OR NONCREDIT ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (ESL) COURSE, WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENROLL IN ADDITIONAL BASIC SKILLS COURSES. STUDENTS WITH<br />
