BASICS OF YOGA<br />
This introductory course is designed to assist the beginning student in understanding the art of<br />
yoga. In these sessions you will learn basic postures and breathing techniques to gain a clearer<br />
understanding of yoga as a tool for self-transformation. A consistent Hatha yoga practice can<br />
stimulate the cardiovascular system, reduce weight, improve posture and tone the muscular<br />
system by increasing strength and flexibility.<br />
Bring a workout mat and towel to class. All are welcome to join.<br />

BALLET SLIM & TRIM<br />
What better way to whittle those legs, improve your circulation, tone up your whole body, and most<br />

This is a unique high energy, no impact exercise class that combines barre work with continual fat burning.<br />

Come dance, workout and get in shape to the tunes of disco music from the 70’s & 80’s! Wear workout<br />
clothes, leg warmers, and sweatbands! Get ready to sweat, look and feel healthier, and have fun doing dance<br />
moves for one hour. No experience necessary and all are welcome to join!<br />

as songs, games, pronunciation drills, and grammar for listening, speaking, reading, writing, and<br />
