Begin a New Career in Five weeks<br />

As a Veterinary Assistant you will help the Veterinarian or the Veterinarian<br />

Technician in their daily tasks. You will feed, water, and examine pets for<br />

signs of illness, disease, or injury; clean and disinfect cages and work areas,<br />

as well as sterilize surgical equipment in laboratories, animal hospitals and<br />

clinics. This program combines 35 hours of classroom instruction with a 24<br />

hour volunteer experience. The voluntary experience component requires<br />

students to volunteer their time. Each student will be responsible for<br />

coordinating his or her volunteer experience.<br />

Class fee of $999 includes books, consumable supplies, and course<br />

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATE PROGRAM | Become a Pharmacy<br />

Technician in Seven Months<br />

Pharmacy Technicians are in high-demand, with job opportunities projected<br />

to grow 25 percent by 2016. The prescription drug industry is changing<br />

everyday. With those changes comes a need for a new wave of highly<br />

trained pharmacy technicians. Successful graduates of this program are<br />

prepared for careers in retail and hospital pharmacy settings. A Pharmacy<br />

Technician assists the pharmacist with mixing and packaging prescriptions,<br />

course combines 182 hours of classroom instruction with 120 hours of<br />

pharmacy externship to provide you with a complete learning experience.<br />
