PAINTING & WATERCOLORS<br />

Do you like to watercolor or have a passion for<br />

painting? Welcome to all who<br />

appreciate and enjoy this classic<br />

and contemporary art forum.<br />

This class will get you started in<br />

basic painting acrylic/oils and<br />

watercolors brush stroke<br />

techniques with emphasis on<br />

understanding/experiencing<br />

color composition, value and design impact. Also<br />

learn mixing colors, differing paint qualities,<br />

application, and use of brushes. All are welcome!<br />

Bring basic watercolor set, pad of watercolor<br />

paper, acrylics, brushes and pencil to 1 st<br />

meeting. Instructor works for Disneyland as an<br />

artist and has showcased his works at art galleries<br />

throughout the U.S.A.<br />

DRAWING FOR EVERYONE<br />

Learn how to draw like a pro; get drawing tips and<br />

techniques on the characters or objects you like to<br />

draw. See your images come to life! Wayne<br />

Thomas will give you his professional attention in<br />

helping to develop your hidden artistic talents using<br />

led/color pencils, charcoal shading, light/dark<br />

contrast, 3 dimension & brightness. Students are<br />

encouraged to bring their ideas and imagination.<br />

Please bring drawing and color pencils, eraser<br />

and pad of paper to 1 st class meeting. Instructor<br />

BALLOON DECORATING & CENTER<br />

PIECES<br />

Let your imagination soar as you learn the<br />

techniques for making beautiful balloon bouquets,<br />

arches, columns and sculptures. This class will<br />

teach you about supplies, materials, safety and<br />

inexpensive resources in this fun, hands-on course.<br />

Also learn a bunch of ways to blow up balloons<br />

without having to huff and puff. You’ll become a<br />

balloonatic!. Bring your camera to take photographs<br />

of your beautiful balloon projects. Material fee of<br />

$25 payable at time of registration - covers all<br />

your supplies and use of helium tanks.<br />

arrangement from each workshop. Material fee of<br />

$40 payable at time of registration. Material fee<br />

pays for fresh flowers instructor will provide at each<br />
