NATURAL BATH & BEAUTY PRODUCTS<br />
Learn how is it is to make skin care and cleansing<br />
products that are good for you and good for the<br />
environment. We will use all natural ingredients to<br />
make bath salts, fizzies, body scrub, body butter<br />
and massage oils. Tips on storing, packaging and<br />
purchasing ingredients will be covered, plus you will<br />
take home samples of everything you make in this<br />
hands-on workshop. Material fee of $20 payable<br />
in at time of registration covers all materials<br />
needed to complete class projects.<br />

IKEBANA: JAPANESE ART OF<br />
FLOWER ARRANGEMENT<br />
Elegance, grace and style are three characteristics<br />
of the art of Ikebana. In this beginning workshop<br />
you will learn the manipulation and the observation<br />
of materials, as they are best used to gain the<br />
objectives expressed in the Oriental view of flower<br />
arranging following the curriculum of the OHARA<br />
Japanese Art of Flower Arranging. Material fee of<br />
$25 payable at time of registration. Bring florist<br />
scissors, low-bowl vase/flower needle holder. This<br />
popular class always fills-up fast so register<br />

Your first project will be a scarf. Instruction will be<br />

KNITTING – INTERMEDIATE<br />
This class is open for men & women who have<br />
taken beginning knitting or know how to knit.<br />
Continuing your project, instruction will be given on<br />
how to read more challenging patterns, deciphering<br />
a pattern and learning to do more detailed stitches.<br />
Students will also learn increasing & decreasing,<br />
changing colors, as well as the importance of doing<br />
gauges and using circular needles. Pattern will be<br />
provided by instructor. Be sure to pick up a<br />
supply list when you register. No supplies will<br />
be available in class. No class on March 30.<br />
