APPETIZERS & GARNISES
Join cooking instructor Karine Arutyunyan as she
demonstrates how to make healthy, simple and
flavorful authentic Mediterranean appetizers -
Babaganoush (barbecued eggplant dip); hommus
(garbanzo bean dip) that does twice its job, working
as tasty appetizers with toasted pocket bread or
used with sliced vegetables as a delicious dip. Plus
beet/walnut salad with its rich, creamy taste is a
longtime favorite crowd pleaser, finally add a touch
of garnishing for presentation. These inspirational
appetizers will satisfy first time cooks & culinary
experts. Students will taste/sample and take home
these wonderful dishes from class. Bring 3 small

this ever-popular, easy-to-learn instrument. From
tuning the ukulele to easy chords—even buying the
right ukulele, you’ll be on your way learning the
songs you love and songs that bring family and
friends together. Bring
your ukulele and passion
to learn this fun
instrument to class. The
instructor will have a few
Ukuleles on hand just in
case you don’t have one
by class time. These
ukulele classes filled-up fast the last two seasons it
was offered so register early! Hey beginning &
returning ukulele students, learn even more
songs and ukulele techniques in the
intermediate class session B. These popular
classes have a limit of 13 students.

MUSICAL KEYBOARDING FOR ADULTS
Beginning students will learn to read basic music
notes and proper finger and hand coordination.
Individual instruction is emphasized according to
each student’s level of experience. Intermediate
requires basic knowledge of music note reading.
