MEDITERRANEAN AUTHENTIC<br />
APPETIZERS & GARNISES<br />
Join cooking instructor Karine Arutyunyan as she<br />
demonstrates how to make healthy, simple and<br />
flavorful authentic Mediterranean appetizers -<br />
Babaganoush (barbecued eggplant dip); hommus<br />
(garbanzo bean dip) that does twice its job, working<br />
as tasty appetizers with toasted pocket bread or<br />
used with sliced vegetables as a delicious dip. Plus<br />
beet/walnut salad with its rich, creamy taste is a<br />
longtime favorite crowd pleaser, finally add a touch<br />
of garnishing for presentation. These inspirational<br />
appetizers will satisfy first time cooks & culinary<br />
experts. Students will taste/sample and take home<br />
these wonderful dishes from class. Bring 3 small<br />

right ukulele, you’ll be on your way learning the<br />

MUSICAL KEYBOARDING FOR ADULTS<br />
