HOW TO BECOME A NOTARY PUBLIC<br />
This class will prepare students to pass the state<br />
examination. Topics: Requirements & duties of a<br />
Notary; Expectations regarding past/present<br />
convictions; Preventing Lawsuits; keep/maintain a<br />
Notorial Journal; Acts constituting practice of Law;<br />
Bond requirements; When to use certificates; Illegal<br />
advertising; Guidelines for Notaries with expertise<br />
in immigration/consulting and disabled veterans<br />
services. Test dates/locations of the examination<br />
conducted by the State of California. Prerequisites:<br />
