1. Original College / School Leaving Certificate.<br />
2. Original mark sheets and certificates from HSC / +2 / Senior Secondary / Higher Secondary / +3 /<br />
Graduation etc. for Verification. Those would be returned on the spot.<br />
3. One set of attested photo copies of certificates & mark sheets from HSC / +2 / Senior Secondary /<br />
Higher Secondary / +3 / Graduation etc.<br />
4. Two stamp size photographs.<br />
5. Migration Certificate for those who have passed the qualifying examination from a <strong>University</strong> / Board<br />
other than <strong>Utkal</strong> <strong>University</strong> / CHSE , Orissa .<br />
6. In Case you have not Signed the Application Form at the time of Submission you must personally<br />
report to <strong>DDCE</strong>.<br />
7. PAYMENT DETAILS<br />
PG DIPLOMA IN BANKING & INSURANCE MANAGEMENT (PGDBIM) Fees Details<br />
Course Fees (One Time) Rs.25,000/-<br />
Exam Fees (One Time) Rs.2,600/-<br />
Corpus Fund (One Time) Rs.3,000/-<br />
S.S.D.C Fees (One Time ) Rs.10,000/-<br />
Fees payable on Admission through four separate bank<br />
draft drawn in favour of DIRECTOR , <strong>DDCE</strong>, UTKAL<br />
UNIVERSITY, PAYABLE AT <strong>Bhubaneswar</strong><br />
8. After verification of Certificate fees are to be deposited through Demand Drafts.<br />
9. Without verification of documents one should not deposit the fees.<br />
10. ONCE FEES ARE DEPOSITED, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE REFUND IS<br />
