The only <strong>DICOM</strong> media interchange implementation of the Veradius is implemented in<br />
the VF Workstation AE. Figure 13 shows the Media Interchange Application Data Flow<br />
as a functional overview of the VF Workstation AE for CD and DVD.<br />

Note: After data is written to DVD, the DVD is finalized; the finalized DVD can now be read on mostly every<br />
DVD reader. Currently the Veradius supports the next services:<br />
FSC service for CD-R(W) and DVD + R(W) and USB media; and the<br />
FSR service accepts for DVD both DVD + R(W) and DVD - R(W) media, CD-R(W) and USB.<br />
Not supported are the Media DVD -R / -RW.<br />
