ACCRUAL CONDITIONS:
This offer is valid for international frontline travel consultants only. All published fares sold for Corporate, Retail, Students and Group
travel on Malaysia Airlines are eligible. Consolidators, wholesalers and owners/operators are not eligible. Duplication of accrual
claims will not be entertained. The offer applies for all NEW BOOKINGS made and ticketed from 25JUL12 – 31DEC12.
Accrual points will be awarded for passenger travel commencing ex Australia from 01AUG12 – 31 DEC12. Passenger travel must
be undertaken prior to redemption ticket being claimed. Only Malaysia Airlines sectors earn points. Points can only be redeemed for
itineraries originating ex Australia. MH9000 code share flights not permitted for accrual. Eligible tickets MUST be clearly
photocopied and submitted by mail to the respective Sales Department in your state, with the attached ticket request form at the
time of redemption. Malaysia Airlines will not be responsible for securing copies of tickets. Only Malaysia Airlines ticket copies will
be accepted for redemption, copies of VMPDs or passenger itineraries will not be accepted. Accrued ticket numbers will be verified
and multiple consultants cannot claim the same ticket number. All participants in the Malaysia Airlines Agents Frontline Sales
Rewards Scheme must do so with their managements’ consent, along with responsibility for FBT issues. A frontline consultant
leaving one employer to work for another cannot transfer/ticket reward points earned/issued by the original employer without written
consent. Excluded tickets: Industry discounted fares / Infant Tickets / Enrich Redemption. Children tickets and OW tickets accrue
half of the zone levels. Refunded / partially refunded tickets are not eligible to accrue points.
REDEMPTION CONDITIONS:
All redemption tickets must be submitted to Malaysia Airlines no later than 31JAN13 and issued no later than 31MAR13.
Redemption tickets will be valid for departures from 25AUG12 till 30JUN13. All taxes, fees and charges are the responsibility of the
consultant. MH9000 code share flights not permitted for redemption bookings. Blackout periods (for outbound flights only):
01DEC12-31DEC12 / 22MAR13-08APR13. Maximum one month stay. Tickets will be on a firm basis, but are subject to embargo
periods as set by Malaysia Airlines and seat availability in the applicable class. No changes allowed once flights are confirmed.
Administration fee of AUD250.00 per ticket will be charged for each change made after ticket issuance and this administrative fee
will also apply to refunds on taxes and related charges for cancelled tickets. Requests for travel must reach the Sales Department
no later than 21 days prior to departure. Maximum of 3 travelling companions per application. Companions must travel together with
the travel consultant on all flights. Malaysia Airlines will not be responsible for any FBT charges. These are the responsibility of the
consultant. No waitlists permitted. Open jaw permitted within the same zone only. All points accrued irrespective of the zone can be
used to redeem tickets to destinations in any of zones 1, 2 or 3. Redemption tickets are non-transferable and can only be utilised by
the travel consultant and nominated companions. Travel consultant must be employed at agency at time of travel. Redemption
tickets are of no cash value and therefore cannot be sold to commercial passengers. Not to be used in conjunction with any other
offer. Requests for upgrade & excess luggage will not be entertained.

SPECIAL NOTES:
In the event of any dispute, management of Malaysia Airlines will be sole arbitrator. Their decision will be final and no
correspondence will be entertained. Malaysia Airlines will not be responsible for the sales performance, which is detrimentally
affected by seat availability for any reason. Malaysia Airlines reserves the right to alter the program measurement, qualification
levels; and awards in accordance with prevailing market conditions at any time. Participants are deemed to have accepted the
above conditions upon registration. Liability for any Federal or State taxes imposed on any award received in this program is the
responsibility of the individual participant.
HOW TO CLAIM TICKETS:
Forward all ticket copies together with the completed redemption ticket request form to your local Malaysia Airlines Sales
Department for verification.
