2.4 Programming software, ToolsTalk DS
PC software for programming nutrunners in the Tensor
DS range via a com port (serial interface).
The program runs under Windows 95/NT/2000. The
package contains a CD, communication cable and
directions for use. For inputting screw parameters and
interface confi guration. Enables tightening programs to
be saved to hard drive, as well as printout of
programming, counter-measurements taken etc.
3. Nutrunner controllers, Power Focus series
Power Focus 3100 is the latest generation in the
established Power Focus series of highly advanced
control and monitoring systems for demanding
joining applications. Power Focus provides the
modern assembly industry with a comprehensive
solution for meeting its stringent standards and
high quality and effi ciency requirements.
3.1 Power Focus 3100 Compact
1-channel nutrunner controller with powerpack in
compact, sturdy housing. For controlling the torque/
rotational angle of EC nutrunners in the Tensor S, ST
and DS ranges.
Operator interface with:
6 softkeys for programming
4-digit display
Infrared interface for IR key (to be ordered separately)
Communication:
Ethernet interface (RJ45) for communication with
ToolsTalk PF 3100 or ToolsNet 3000
Two serial interfaces (RS232) for communication with
ToolsTalk PF3100 or scanner
Printer interface
Digital inputs and relay (4)
I/O bus for connecting Atlas Copco accessories
Remote start connection
