A m<strong>or</strong>e suitable approach is to identify the ProbeSets meeting an average probe gain criteria,<br />

which is still less then the aggregated ProbeSet’s inf<strong>or</strong>mation gain. We identified 13 such<br />

ProbeSets, whose average Probe inf<strong>or</strong>mation gain was greater <strong>or</strong> equal to 0.6 and the aggregated<br />

ProbeSet gain exceeded this threshold. The classification perf<strong>or</strong>mance <strong>of</strong> these ProbeSets is<br />

presented in Figure 5.3, again in comparison to the whole data model.<br />
