Typical energy spectrum of Pr:LuAG excited by 241Am alpha-ray source at room temperature.
5.5MeV peak is
clearly detected
• 5.5MeV alpha-ray peak is clearly detected by using Pr:LuAG and InGaN-PD
• The energy resolution was around 29%
• This result indicates a possibility that combination of Pr:LuAG scintillator and
InGaN-PD can be applied to radiation detection application.
