Europe’s Event for
UV/EB Curing
Radtech Europe Association and Vincentz
Network are calling for papers:
Carrying on the proven track record
of success, the RadTech Europe Conference
& Exhibition 2011 will set the
scene from October 18 – 20, 2011 in
Basel/Switzerland to discover new
ideas, new markets and how companies
have used energy curing successfully
in their businesses – making it
the unique and most important event
for the UV/EB curing industry.
Field experts of suppliers and manufacturers,
innovative companies as
well as academic/governmental research
institutes are kindly invited
and strongly encouraged to submit
abstracts for the technical conference,
presenting their latest research
results, current developments and
innovations in this field and thus enriching
the conference with their expert
knowledge.

Paper Submissions
Papers should be of a high technical level,
scientific significance and must not
have been presented elsewhere.
Only contributions with non-promotional
content will be considered for the technical
conference. The use of trade names in
papers must be avoided wherever possible.
The oral presentation should be 20 minutes
followed by 5 minutes for discussion.
Submissions will be treated confidentially
until April/May 2011 when the conference
programme will be published.
Speakers benefit from a reduced fee for
their conference attendance. Co-authors
must pay the full conference fees.

Important Facts at a Glance
New:
New Product Introduction
As opposed to the technical papers submitted
for the scientific conference, companies
which are members of the Radtech Europe
are offered an extra marketing tool: The
RadTech Europe Conference & Exhibition
2011 will include an additional commercial
session, called new product introductions,
where Radtech Europe members have the
opportunity to give a short presentation to
promote their latest developments in products
and equipment. These commercial presentations
should be 15 minutes in length
and cost € 250,– per presentation. A title
and description of the presentation in keywords
should be submitted also until February
7 th , 2011, applications received after this
deadline cannot be accepted. To become a

Exhibition
The exhibition is the European event for
major users of radiation curing materials
and equipment (including electron accelerators,
UV equipment and laser) in the graphics,
wood, electronic and optical industries
and the plastics, converting and packaging
industries. And the trend is upwards, not
only because of increasing pressure to dispense
with organic solvents and to improve
product performance. About 50 international
exhibitors will demonstrate various fields for
the use of UV/EB curing technology on the
show floor.
