This research project would not been possible without the participation ofseveral people
in my academic, organizational and social active. I would therefore like to express my
innermost gratitude to the following persons without whom this study would never have
been possible or taken place.
My supervisor Dr B.A Kubheka who spent her time tirelessly guiding, giving
constructive criticisms, reading and re-reading my work on which I spent every minute
and energy trying to elevate the standard that would be acceptable to her. Most of all, I
would have failed to relay the intention ofthis message ifI do not personally thank Dr
Kubheka for her patience and encouragement when I was tied up my professional work
and could not keep up the right pace with my research study, lifted me from which I now
