The animation parameters define the necessary interval and step of the time<br />

variation. The step T=1 corresponds to the clock arms motion with the beat<br />

rate of one second.<br />

Now, start running the animation using the option , and you will see a<br />

“live” model of the clock on the screen: the arms moving and the date<br />

changing from the 31st to the 1st at “midnight”. The pictures on the right<br />

hand side show some snapshots of the animation corresponding to the time<br />

instants reflected on the diagrams.<br />

For viewing the animation “in the real time”, check the respective flag among<br />

the animation parameters. The animation step will then be the time of the<br />

model regeneration. The arms movement in this case may not correspond to<br />

the normal clock arms movement.<br />

When creating a video clip, the image playback speed depends on two<br />

parameters: the animation step and the frame frequency. In this particular<br />

example, the natural clock ticking can be obtained by specifying the<br />

animation step equal to T1/N, where T1 is a portion of the animation<br />

corresponding to the seconds arm advancing by one notch, and the N is the<br />

number of frames per second defined in the parameters of the video clip<br />

recording.<br />
