How to define the position number?<br />

Select the current position in the right hand side pane of the “BOM Leaders” dialog box. The corresponding<br />

record will be highlighted in the BOM. In the BOM, select the record, whose number is to be assigned to the<br />

current position. The position number in the drawing will change after the confirmation in the dialog.<br />

How to insert a leader note before and after the position number?<br />

Double-click on the current position in the right hand side pane of the “BOM Leaders” dialog box.<br />

Enter the necessary information before or after the double braces. Upon the confirmation, this information<br />

will be entered in the drawing.<br />

How to add BOM leaders and link them to other positions?<br />

To do this, select the record in the BOM, whose position number is to be added to the current position (the<br />

left hand side pane of the “BOM Leaders” dialog box). (The current position should not be selected.) After<br />

the call the command “New” in this dialog box:<br />

As a result, the position number of the selected record will be displayed in the right hand side pane of the<br />

dialog box.<br />

The position numbers in the drawing will follow the order of the current positions in the<br />

right hand side pane of the discussed dialog box. Their placement can be modified by<br />

using the commands: “Move Up”/ “Move Down” (the icons / ).<br />

Upon the confirmation in this dialog, an additional BOM leader with the selected<br />

position will be displayed in the drawing. Positions placement also depends on where the<br />

additional BOM leaders are located, above or below. The BOM leader placement for the<br />

current document is defined in the parameters of the command “IN: Create Leader<br />

Note”.<br />

A BOM leader can be deleted using the command “Delete”:<br />
