Moving and Copying Drawing Elements. Arrays. Use of Clipboard<br />

The copying and array creation commands are grouped under the menu entry “Draw”:<br />

Keyboard Textual Menu Icon<br />

“Draw|Copy|Translate”<br />

“Draw|Copy|Rotate”<br />

“Draw|Copy|Scale”<br />

“Draw|Copy|Symmetry”<br />

“Draw|Array|Linear Array”<br />

“Draw|Array|Circular Array”<br />

Upon calling any moving, copying or array creation command, the first step will always be selecting the<br />

objects for moving or copying. The following options will be provided in the automenu:<br />

Finish element selection<br />

Add elements to be copied<br />

Remove elements to be copied<br />

Select Other Element<br />

Exit command<br />

Any T-<strong>FLEX</strong> <strong>CAD</strong> <strong>2D</strong> elements are available for selection. Elements can be selected by box and/or using<br />

under the active option . Selection can be canceled in the same way with the active option . To speed<br />

up the process, you can use the transparent mode of switching between adding and removing elements:<br />

pressing the inverts the current mode. This means, if the current active option was , pressing<br />

+ will be removing the elements from the selected set, and vice versa, with the active option<br />

pressing + will result in adding the picked elements to the set. To complete the selection, use the<br />

option .<br />
