Delete only Rectangles. This means an<br />

emptied rectangle area (box) will be<br />

automatically deleted. Meanwhile, the<br />

document page, on which it was located, will<br />

still exist.<br />

Delete Pages. An emptied rectangular area<br />

(box) of the paragraph text is automatically<br />

deleted. In addition, the document page, on<br />

which it was located, will also be deleted<br />

(provided that this text area was the only<br />

object on the page).<br />

If the “Ask” option is set on any of the tabs of this dialog's window, and one of the above-described<br />

situations takes place, then an abridged dialog window will be automatically displayed. The contents of<br />

such dialog will be similar to the contents of the respective tab of the “Fit Settings” dialog. In addition,<br />

the dialog will have another parameter:<br />

Don’t ask this question again: (“For this text”, “For this session”). If set, then the action defined in<br />

this dialog box will be performed in the future without displaying the dialog box. It is defined<br />

separately for the width and the height of the rectangle.<br />

Edit in separate window . Allows editing the text in the text editor (see the section “Edit<br />

paragraph text”).<br />

Check Spelling . This option invokes the command for checking the spelling of the contents of<br />

the current text.<br />

Editing Paragraph Text<br />

To edit a paragraph text, use the command “ET: Edit Text”:<br />

Selection of several paragraph text, just like multiple selection of other system elements, can be done by box<br />

or using the options (selects all text) and (selection from the list of the named elements). When<br />

selected, all rectangular areas of the specified paragraph text are highlighted.<br />

Upon multiple text selection, the following options become available:<br />

Set selected Element(s) parameters<br />

Delete selected Element(s)<br />

Cancel selection<br />

Upon selecting a single element, the following options are available:<br />

Edit selected Text
