The duly filled up entry forms are to be submitted only in the office of DDE (Sports) Chhatrasal
Stadium, Last Date of Entry :- 29 July. Upto 5 p.m.

Only spring board diving competition will be held in Group I (Boys & Girls) 5 compulsory & 5
optional dives and Group II & III (Boys & Girls) 4 compulsory & 4 optional dives. Degree of difficulty
will be counted in each section and if the diver performs 50% failed dives, he or she will not be
considered for position.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Sports Branch, Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi will be conduct ing
this meet and the FINA rules will be observed
2. Organisers have the right to change the programme or withdraw any event.
3. Entries of swimmers shall be accepted from the present school / College /
Department to which he or she belongs.
4. Nor more than two individual shall be allowed to participate in each event from
School / College / Department to which he or she belongs.
5. No individual will be allowed to take part as an Independent Swimmer.
6. In case of entries (actual participant) are less than three in any event, the particular
event will not be held.
7. No swimmers will be allowed to participate without submit ting the age certificate
along with the entry forms and he /she will bring their identity cards during the
championship.
8. The participant must be a resident of Delhi.
9. Each swimmers will be allowed to take part in their age group only.
10. An individual can take part in 3 events besides Individual Medlay events.
11. No relay events will be held.
12. All the College and Departmental swimmers will participate in open group only.
13. If the entry form / Diving Performa is incomplete in any respect the Institution shall
not be allowed to take part in the event.
14. No entries will be accepted after the due date and time i.e. 29 July 2008. Up to 5 p.m.
15. Each team must bring two flags and report in proper kit at the championship venue.
16. All Official and participants should report at 1 0 a.m. sharp for the opening ceremony
on 01 Aug. 2008.
17. A meeting of the In-charge of the participating team shall be held on 30 July 2008 at
11 a.m. at Chhatrasal Stadium, Model Town, Delhi. All Swimming coaches and Life
guards (including SAI personnel) o f the Sports Branch, Directorate of Education,
Delhi is to attend the meeting for further briefing of their duties during the
championship.
