Initiation of the planning phase for the museum, recruitment of Célia Bernasconi as the curator
with overall responsibility for the project and for the integration of the future museum’s
programming with its artistic mission

Commissioning of the feasibility analysis and preliminary design for the project, awarded to a
team comprised of the architecture and planning firm SA17, the architect and museographic
specialist Frédéric Ladonne, and the engineering, design and economic analysis firm Parica
