Chapter 4 Getting Started (O) Flash Player: As a flash player, Xiptech FlashPlayer is used to play flash animation. The Xiptech FlashPlayer 0.9 offers three play modes: normal, low quality and half size. To open Flash Player click the Datawind button on the <strong>UbiSurfer</strong>.
