The hypnotist whispers some suggestions to sleep directly into the brain of the
person to hypnotize him. He can also dictate to him what he wants to make him do.

Hypnosis and torture
Hypnosis serves here, particularly, to totally immobilize the targeted individual
before to torture him without his knowledge. The tool used for that is the "Voice to

When the targeted person is in a phase of inactivity, she is more vulnerable to
torture because it is the ideal time, for the torturers, to perform the most active
abuses. The latters require a manipulation of the operators. For example, when a
person is sitting for a while or lying in bed, the fact that he is hypnotized keeps him
immobilized, despite of the stimulus. This allows the perpetrators to commit a kind
of torture of a high accuracy without the subject moves. Thus they can perform
very delicate operations that can serve them as a prelude to a subsequent torture of
a more passive or automated style.

One of the tools used in these moments of a target totally immobilized is the

This device is managed remotely using a computer. And thanks to wireless
technology, the torturer can operate in the comfort of his home. However, it must
be close to the targeted individual, unlike the devices of the torture that are also
used when the target is moving. The executioner must live in the neighborhood or,
at least, have access to a location for its material and where it can operate close
enough to the targeted individual. This is also one of the reasons why the neighbors
seems totally complicit. The latters are completly mystified and involved in the
process because of defamation about the target who was spreaded by the torturers.
As a result, they tend to participate in the illegal surveillance of it, 24/24 hours, 7 /
7 days.

Torture, hypnosis and sleepwalking
Before closing on hypnosis, I want to say a detail that may be of Capital
importance to the targeted individual. The mere fact of being a sleepwalker makes
him particularly vulnerable at Mind Control and Electronic Harassment. This
characteristic allows to executioners to hypnotize, immobilize or to program the
behavior of an easier target that is in a state of half-sleep. In addition, in certain

types of sleepwalking, the person may become totally paralyzed in addition to the
effects of subliminal hypnosis. Because the latter is often used in combination with
some paralyzing gas for optimal effect, this can make an impotent individual that
becomes completly dependant of his torturers.
Some other health conditions can cause this kind of situation that can sometimes
even be dangerous in some cases. This, because the first victims of mind control
are often those who are the most vulnerables.
So, a warning is given to all of those with a fragile physical or psychological
condition, those who suffer of all forms of paralysis, the ones who are more
susceptible to hypnosis, or those who suffer of myasthenia gravis, of depression,
etc..
Regardless of the vulnerability, they all needs to be very carefull with this situation
of torture because that kind of abuse can cause paralysis or even worsen it. But, an
important thing to know is that it is possible sometimes to counter the effects of
these paralyzing gas by moving from the place we are, but this before must be done
before the end of the first hour that the gas are dispersed.

Testimony
When my torturers wanted to play with my body while I was asleep or that they
wanted me to not move while they mutilate me with Mosquito Laser, they were
asking to the one who was speaking to me through Voice-to-Skull, that I was
calling "The impostor", to hypnotize me.

Because of my sleepwalking, as soon as I was beginning to doze, he was starting
the job on me. And, in no time at all, I was his. And, thanks to the conversations I
had with him and the symptoms I had after, I can tell what they did then.
Before or often after having fallen me asleep, my torturers paralyzed me with these
gas. Hypnosis was used to make that I do not move at all, because if I was moving
before the gas had reaches its maximum effects, this one was canceled and the
torturers had to start over. However, when I was waking up, I was often remaining
paralyzed for hours, sometimes completely before I can walk around or even move
a single finger. During this time, I could not call no one for helping me even in an
emergency.
In conclusion, I am not only physically very vulnerable at Mind Control by the fact
I'm sleepwalker, but I do believe also that I suffer of myasthenia gravis or
something like that, but undiagnosed yet because it’s now in progress. I do beleive
that because before living torture as such, I had several episodes where I was
completely paralyzed, since my childhood to today. This was as a result of drugs
such as Demerol, tetanus vaccine, Central nervous system depressants, general
anesthesia, etc..
I'm a victim of Gang Stalking since my birth, and I had almost never received
adequate care. This is one of the Gang Stalking tactics to discredit the targeted
individuals so they do not receive the care they need et keeping them isolated. It's
easier to torture people that the others doesn't care.
