FOREMOST 1502-ES CIP PLUS

DESCRIPTION: A highly concentrated, low foam liquid cleaner especially formulated for CIP cleaning and
automatic scrubbers. It is a multi-purpose product formulated for medium to heavy cleaning
for fast and effi cient removal of oil and grease bonded soils. Foremost 1502-ES CIP Plus
dissolves grease and milk solids, holds soils in suspension and rinses grease and suspended
soils completely from the surface.
APPLICATION: Foremost 1502-ES CIP Plus is recommended for dairies, breweries, creameries, meat packers
and other food processing plants. It is used in automatic scrubbers in warehouses and on
suitable composition or hard tile fl oors for wax removal.
DIRECTIONS: FOR CIP RECIRCULATION CLEANING:
1. Make a solution containing 1ounce per gallon of water to achieve 200 ppm of
available chlorine.
2. Enter the solution into the system.
3. Circulate the cleaning solution in the system for 30 to 45 minutes.
4. Drain out solution and oils.
5. Follow with a thorough clean water rinse.
FOR CLEANING:
1. Dilute 1 part Foremost 1502-ES CIP Plus with 40 parts of water.
2. Place solution in scrubbing machine as directed by manufacturer.
PRECAUTIONS: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Contains potassium hydroxide and sodium silicate.
Causes severe burns to eyes and skin. Do not get in eyes, skin or clothing. Do not take internally.
No irritation is likely following short contact periods with human skin. Prolonged and/or repeated
exposure may lead to redness, swelling and skin irritation. Wash thoroughly after handling.
When handling, always wear chemical splash goggles, face shield, rubber gloves and protective
clothing.
FIRST AID: EYES AND SKIN: In case of contact, immediately fl ush eyes or skin with plenty of
water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash clothing before
reuse. Destroy contaminated shoes. INGESTION: If swallowed do not induce vomiting. Give
large quantities of water or milk, if available. Get medical attention immediately.
