Fluid bed incineration system for disposing 2.5 tph dry sludge - approx 60% organics and 40% ash.
Significant lower CapEx (excl. building)
• CatLiq plant approx 125 MDKK
• Fluid bed incl. flue gas cleaning approx 200 MDKK
Similar OpEx (incl. service and maintanence, excl. manpower)
10%+ lower amount of ash for deposit
• CatLiq approx 8,000 tons
• Fluid bed incl. flue gas cleaning approx 9.300 tons
Higher value and more flexible output
• CatLiq approx 4,500 tons of oil equivalent to 5.5 MW and approx 1 MW excess heat at 140C
• Fluid bed incl. Flue gas 1 MW excess heat from boiler and 4-5 MW heat at 70-95C
CatLiq smaller footprint
Conlusion: Up to 50% reduction in total cost of treatment
using CatLiq
