from the Sky Cover Evaluation table, the sky cover is 7/8 (see Figure 5-8). Similarly, if the layer reaches<br />

an angular elevation of 30 degrees (see Figure 5-9), determ<strong>in</strong>ed from the Sky Cover Evaluation table,<br />

the sky cover is 4/8. This is even true for a surface-based layer (see Figure 5-10).<br />
