Zone <strong>heating</strong> cuts costs by <strong>heating</strong> the rooms occupied by you or your family while<br />

allowing unoccupied sections to remain cooler.<br />

Zone <strong>heating</strong> can produce energy <strong>saving</strong>s of more than 20% compared to <strong>heating</strong> both<br />

occupied and unoccupied areas of your house.<br />

A recommended zone <strong>heating</strong> strategy involves controlling the<br />

<strong>heating</strong> system with multiple programmed thermostats.<br />

During the times when occupied the thermostat provides the desired<br />

temperature throughout the zone.<br />

How it works<br />

ECO2000D/RP/SS/RX/V<br />

in brush stainless steel<br />

The Wireless Controller transmits<br />

a signal to switch the heaters on.<br />

The heaters show a signal has been<br />

received by flashing a green LED<br />

twice. An illuminated red LED will<br />

now show that the heaters<br />

are active.<br />

When the set room temperature is<br />

achieved the Wireless Controller<br />

transmits another signal to switch<br />

the heaters off. The heaters show<br />

the signal has been received by<br />

flashing the green LED twice. The<br />

red LED will now go out.<br />

As the heaters warm up, and whilst<br />

maintaining the set ambient room<br />

temperature, the surface<br />

temperature of the front panels will<br />

not exceed their factory set limit,<br />

working on a differential of +/-1C°.<br />

This will be seen by the red LED<br />

constantly switching on and off.
