Project Narrative OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR – THE STATE OF TEXAS “Project Narrative” allows you to provide clear and concise details about your project. When describing your project make sure the information is easy to understand by a person not familiar with your project. (i.e. Problem Statement, Supporting Data, Community Plan, Goal Statement, etc.).
