Employee Committees<br />
The Beak Squad<br />
Beak Squad Members, one employee from each department, work<br />
together to provide the service, communication and participation needed<br />
to meet the goals set by management. They have become the voice of all<br />
employees and share thoughts on how to better serve our members.<br />
The Product Development Committee<br />
The Senior Management Team and a group of creative employees and<br />
managers, meet monthly to review and improve our current products and<br />
services and propose new product and services for our members in<br />
accordance with our strategic planning goals.<br />
The Scholarship Committee<br />
The Scholarship Committee is made up of employees who are<br />
responsible for promoting the scholarship program, grading applications<br />
fairly and coordinating scholarship recipient presentations.<br />
