Your Right to Terminate
You may cancel your Internet Banking service at any time by providing us with written notice by postal mail or fax. Your access to
Internet Banking will be suspended within 3 business days of our receipt of your instructions to cancel the service. You will remain
responsible for all outstanding charges incurred prior to our processing your cancellation request.
Our Right to Terminate
You agree that we can terminate or limit your access to Internet Banking services for any of the following reasons:
1. Without prior notice, if you have insufficient funds in any one of your accounts; Internet Banking Service may be reinstated,
at our sole discretion, once sufficient funds are available to cover any fees, pending transfers and debits;
2. Upon 3 business days notice, if you do not contact us to designate a new Primary Checking Account immediately after you
close your Primary Checking Account and
3. We will terminate your online access if the system is not accessed for a period of 6 months.
4. For any other reason in our sole discretion without notice.
Enforcement
In the event either party brings a legal action to enforce this agreement or collect amounts owing as a result of any account transaction,
the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, including fees and cost on any appeal, subject to any
limits under applicable law.

Unless this Agreement provides otherwise, you may communicate with us in any one of the following ways:
1. Email - You may contact us by email at enrollment@teche.com (please note that banking transactions through Internet
Banking are NOT made via email). Email is not a secure form of communication, please do not include sensitive personal
information when sending and email to Teche Federal Bank.
2. Telephone - You may contact us by telephone at 1-800-897-0315, or you may call any one of our 19 branches near you.
3. Facsimile - You may contact us by fax at (337) 560-7179;
4. Postal Mail - You may write to us at: Teche Federal Bank, Attn: Electronic Banking Department, P.O. Box 9670, New
Iberia, Louisiana 70562-9670 and
5. In Person - You may visit us in person at any one of our locations near you in: Lafayette, New Iberia, Franklin, Bayou
Vista, Morgan City, Houma, Breaux Bridge, Thibodeaux, Baton Rouge, Prairieville, Opelousas, Eunice.
