Plaintiff, Cristin Forrest, jointly with Defendants Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. and Jeff<br />
Launiere hereby give notice to the Court that Plaintiff has reached a <strong>settlement</strong> agreement with<br />
Defendants Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. and Jeff Launiere. The Parties will file a Stipulation<br />
of Dismissal once they have executed formal <strong>settlement</strong> documents. Plaintiff requests that the<br />
Court relieve her of her obligation to respond to Defendants Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. and<br />
Jeff Launiere’s Motion to Dismiss [D.E. 10] until then.<br />
