Determining the trap frequencies of the optical dipole trap is important for being
able to calculate the degeneracy factor T/TF. The first method is to shake the optical
dipole trap. This can be done by frequency modulating the AOM driving frequency. The
focusing lens will translate the angular modulation to a transverse movement of the trap.
