Isco’s 4501 Pump Station Monitor – with new Pumplink
software – lets you simultaneously monitor flow and pump
performance at lift stations. Choose either a permanent
or portable (no wiring required) version. Either way,
it’s a versatile, cost-effective tool for cMOM, I&I, sewer flow
monitoring, and pump station performance studies.
Flow Measurement:
• Using drawdown calculations, rather than pump curves,
it measures flow and pump capacity within 1%
• Pace a sampler to collect flow-proportioned samples
• Log data from external sensors or a rain gauge
Maintenance and Security:
• Get early detection of abnormal pump activity such as
alternator failure, chattering relays, variations in pumping rate,
jammed/worn impellers, stuck check valves, and power failures
• Record alarms, such as high levels or intrusion
• Activate an autodialer when an alarm condition occurs
