The revalued long leasehold land and buildings of the Group are stated at valuation based on their existing use basis
valued by independent professional valuers on fair market value basis.
Had the Group’s long leasehold land and buildings which are carried at valuation been stated at cost, their carrying
amounts as at the end of the reporting period would have been RM3,023,500 (2011: RM3,100,563)
Included in property, plant and equipment are motor vehicles with carrying amount of RM62,497,791 (2011: RM72,352,851)
held under finance lease and hire purchase arrangements.
