This situation is not the same during the rainy season, when the<br />
potential for growth is null in both countries because of the excess offer of<br />
milk in the market. As a result, the artisan fac<strong>to</strong>ries in both countries would<br />
only be willing <strong>to</strong> purchase more milk during the dry season, which has<br />
significant implications for the type of technologies that should be promoted<br />
among producers in both regions.<br />
